As a dual specialist in Pediatric Dentistry and Endodontics, Dr. Moaven combines technical expertise with a compassionate approach. He is dedicated to ensuring his patients’ comfort throughout every procedure, embodying the high clinical standards and patient-focused care that define our practice.
Dr. Moaven brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice, embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care and comfort. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology. He then pursued a Master of Science in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University.
Dr. Moaven earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland. Following dental school, he completed a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at UCLA, honing his skills in caring for younger patients. Most recently, he specialized further by obtaining a certificate in Endodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Moaven is a Board Certified endodontist who has completed all phases of board certification by the American Board of Endodontics. Board Certification is the pinnacle achievement in the specialty and Board Certification remains the only national credential to show that an endodontist has extensive evidence-based knowledge, outstanding clinical skills, and overall exceptional expertise in Endodontics.
Dr. Moaven’s dual specialization in Pediatric Dentistry and Endodontics ensures that he delivers the highest clinical standards while making every patient’s comfort a priority. His dedication to providing quality treatment and a caring experience is a perfect fit for our practice.
Dr. Moaven maintains an active membership in numerous professional societies including the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists.
