Our Masters Lab Technicians work seamlessly with Dr Donnelly through each of the stages of design, architecture, fabrication, try in and final delivery. People often assume that it is only the dentist who takes center stage when it comes to smile makeovers, when it is actually the teamwork between the dentist and Lab Technicians that creates superior aesthetic results. They challenge each other and push boundaries to elevate standards of beauty and technical perfection.
Quint Whipple, CDT, owns Phoenician Dental Studio and is our Master Ceramist. He specializes in creating natural esthetic and cosmetic restorations that are not only beautiful, but often undetectable. He is a 20 year member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and has served on AACD Board of Directors for 6 years and is a two-time AACD Smile Gallery winner. There are only 22 lab technicians in the world who have achieved AACD accreditation.
Whipple has attended more than 1,500 hours of CE in advanced dentistry and lab operations and is a senior instructor at the Esthetic Skills Studio, by AACD which provides technical coaching and guidance to cosmetic dentists nationally on achieving perfect outcomes. He is an LVI graduate and has led clinical instruction for more than 100 live-patient courses.
He graduated from Arizona State University, was inducted as a member of the Dental Technicians Guild (DTG) in 2016 and has acted as a Key Opinion Leader for GC America since early 2017. His work and writings have been featured in Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, Journal of Dental Technology, DentalTown, LVI Visions with Dr. Ron Jackson, and in advertisements for 3M and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He was recognized in “what’s hot in 2020” in the January edition of the Journal of Dental Technology.
Whipple has created thousands of spectacular smiles including notable public figures, celebrities, models and sporting professionals. He continues his pursuit of learning, averaging 100 hours per year of top level advanced education and technical courses, conventions and seminars to stay on the leading edge of dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking for crowds and translating Portuguese.
Claudio Bucceri, CDT owns Swiss Dental and Technical Art and is our Master Technician. Claudio’s foundational training and certification were completed in Switzerland, where he grew up blending italian passion for esthetics and art, with Swiss-style precision. The result of this upbringing is dedication to outstanding craftsmanship and perfectly crafted results.
Claudio is committed to delivering high quality dental restorations and laboratory products to his clients.

Claudio oversees Swiss Dental’s day-to-day production and personally attends to each client.
Outside of the lab, you can find Claudio cycling on any sunny weekend, or skiing slopes of mountains with his wife and daughter.
